Keep in mind, however, that compared to standard rack dishwashers, a lower output production is typical of ventless dishwashers.

Glass Washer
Your establishment’s glassware can be efficiently and quickly cleaned courtesy of a glass washer, without damaging or chipping them. Up to 2000 glasses can be cleaned in an hour. One cycle of washing takes roughly 90 seconds. Under-countertop models are available, so they don’t have to be located in the back of the house. These are perfect for hotels, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants.
Undercounter Dishwasher
For bars or compact kitchens, this space saver is a much-needed piece of equipment. It can clean up to 55 dishes and flatware per hour. Many models resemble residential dishwashers, having a single door on the front. There are displays and controls available for efficient usage.
Rack or Door Type Dishwasher
These are basically conveyor washers (see below) but on a smaller scale. To operate them, you simply put your dishes in a rack, place the rack in the dishwasher, shut the door, and let the dishwasher go through its cleaning cycle. Your dishware is cleaned within moments, then you simply raise the door to retrieve your dishes.
About 350 dishes and flatware can be processed every day. For smaller restaurants, these are ideal, and installation is much easier compared to the larger conveyor dishwasher.
Conveyor Dishwasher
These powerful and large dishwashers process up to 1000 dishes and flatware daily. They are designed for heavy usage in hospitals, cafeterias, and other operations experiencing high volumes. They’re usually made of stainless steel. They come in high and low temperature models, as well as Energy Star selections.
